1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or markings.
- Returns must include all original packaging and any supplementary materials (e.g., CDs, access cards, etc., if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital items (eBooks) are not eligible for return unless:
- You received the wrong product.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email us at support@zakbooks.com or call (959) 231-8341 to request a return authorization and instructions.
- Do Not Ship Without Authorization: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
- Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- We will notify you once your return is approved and processed.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective book), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
5. Exchange
- Need a different title or edition? Contact us to arrange an exchange within the 30-day window.
- Exchanges follow the same process and eligibility requirements as returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
